Home Visualization Assistance Service

is a service provided by RUCCI & ASSOCIATES, INC. that converts client-provided ideas and

requirements into customized color drawings and views of the dream home to help the client

better visualize the home prior to ordering blueprints. Contact us for current pricing. Check

Note: HVAS fees are refunded upon delivery of a Kuhn's Bros. Log Homes materials package.

            HVAS BASIC PACKAGE (REQUIRED):                   

•   Floor plan drawings of each floor with dimensions (up to 3) 

•  3D bird’s eye color views of each floor without ceilings (up to 3) * 

•  3D eye-level interior color views from client-selected angles (up to 4) * 

           HVAS  ROOFS  PACKAGE (EXTERIOR):**            

• 4 Exterior elevations in color  

• 3D bird’s eye exterior, whole-house, views in color (up to 4) * 

• 3D eye-level exterior, whole-house, views in color (up to 2) * 

• Cross-sectional views +(up to 2) * 

           HVAS TEXTURES/FURNISHINGS PACKAGE:**  

• Customized interior colors/materials/textures (e.g. tile, carpet, kitchen cabinet doors styles, furniture, appliances, etc.)

• Customized exterior colors/materials/textures (e.g. shakes, brick, logs, stone, siding, shutters, railing/porch & deck styles, etc.)

• Placement of selected furniture and appliances. 

•  Same drawings and views as HVAS Basic Package.

Notes:

1. *     Additional views available at a nominal per view charge.

2. **   Requires the HVAS BASIC PACKAGE.

3.        All packages require a 50% deposit with the balance due on completion.

4.        Drawings/views are not for construction or design purposes but to aid visualization. 

5.        Changes beyond 2 hours are billed at an hourly rate.
