Since 1993 we have been serving clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia by providing a variety of Log Home Related Services described below. We have delivered Log Homes as far south as Alabama and as far north as Maryland.

We pride ourselves in providing outstanding value to our customers and qualified prospects.We are located 5 miles south of the Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway (South Carolina Route 11), 10 miles from North Carolina and 25 miles from Georgia with easy access to the beautiful mountains of Northeast Georgia, Western North Carolina, and the Upstate of South Carolina.

Our Log Home is a 2200 square foot Chalet located atop a mountain with a 35-mile view to the Southwest. All serious prospective log homeowners are welcome to visit us during one of our open houses or seminars.

Following are the specific services we provide:

Construction Services/ Support: We directly provide “Turn-key” or “Shell-only” construction through Rucci Construction Services, Inc. (RCS), a factory-trained and experienced builder of Kuhns Bros Log Homes and a licensed Residential Contractor. If RCS is not available, we provide a list of other licensed contractors for your evaluation. We provide extensive support to the contractor of your choice in the form of hands-on factory training, on-site construction assistance, a factory-trained crew as a “shell only” subcontractor, a 1-800-HELP line, highly detailed Construction Guides and Blueprints, delivery management, staggered deliveries, where-used material lists, and inverted stacked log bundles – all this just to make construction easier!

Design Assistance: Most people need only our basic non-fee based design assistance to achieve their dream home design. This is done in conjunction with the Kuhns Bros. corporate staff and includes floor plan development or modification, and determination of structural integrity. For those who need to see much more, we provide a service called, Home Visualization Assistance (HVAS) which converts client-provided ideas and requirements into customized color drawings and views of the dream home to help the client to better visualize the home prior to ordering blueprints. Includes floor plans, elevations, 3D Bird’s-Eye views, and Eye-Level views of interiors/exteriors.

Other Services: Budget/Project Sizing, Rough Estimates, Contractual Quotes, Product Specifications, Technical Information, Competitive Products/Services Differentiation, and Financing Assistance.
